Mrs. Barbara Klein Dies in Milwaukee

Mrs. Barbara Klein, widow of the late Phillip Klein and a resident of this city practically all her life, died in Milwaukee at noon Monday. Mrs. Klein had been making her home in that city for the past year. About a year ago she suffered a fracture of the hip, which hastened her end.

A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Zweck, she was born in this city, September 26th, 1860. On April 18th, 1895, she was united in marriage with Phillip Klein, who preceded her in death November 21st, 1896 [sic].

Surviving her are two sons, Alfred of Milwaukee and John of this city. Eight grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Theresa Schoenberger of Watertown, S.D.; Michael Zweck of this city; Mrs. Michael Arndorfer of Milwaukee; John V. Zweck of Los Angeles, Calif., and Frank Zweck of this city. She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.

The remains were brought to this city and funeral services will be held at St. Peter's church at 9:00 o'clock Friday morning with interment in St. Peter's cemetery. The services were [sic] conducted by Rev. Theo. Rohner.
